This is a windows only tool which uses code from CodeWalker to extract addon vehicle .rpf's or convert replacement vehicle models and move them into a FiveM resource format.

- Extracting from .rpf files
- Texture resizing to meet FiveM requirements

To use this:
- Addon Vehicles - provide a folder called input containing .rpf's and run the exe.
- Replace Vehicles - provide folders within input containing replacement models, meta files will be generated from running the tool
- Texture Resizer - provide a folder called input containing .ytd or .ydr files to be resized.
