The pointblank framework for unturned

1. Install the PointBlank folder from the Modules into Unturned/Modules
2. Compile the PointBlank dll
3. Copy the PointBlank dll into Unturned/Modules/PointBlank
4. Make sure you start the server with -pointblank in the arguments
5. Done!
