Assessment test for employee maintenance

Here are the instructions to get started with the solution:

Clone the solution to your local.
Open the Employee Maintenance Api Application with Visual studio 2017.
Add the Employee Maintenance web Application as a project to the Employee Maintenance Api Application.
Open Nuget Packet Manager Console
Set default project as DataAccessLayer then run the following commands:
Add-Migration CREATE-CODE-FIRST-DATABASE-WITH-TABLES -Vebose
Update-Database -Verbose
Set Employee Maintenance Api Application and Employee Maintenance web Application as startup projects
click run the application should run.
