ttsvoice is a C# program that allows the user to speak into any audio device with a voice synthesizer.
- Run the executable
- Select output audio device
- Press F3
- Type any text
- Press Enter
The intended usecase is via a seperate virtual audio device, set as your output in ttsvoice, and input in whatever software you wish to communicate in.
- Right click on taskbar icon
- Click "Exit"
