This project is based on the work of Jaroslaw Kowalski <jaak@jkowalski.net> (Copyright (c) 2004-2011 under BSD license)

Derived code is under LGPLv3 license. See License.txt for details.

This version works only with Net 4.0 and Mono.
Design goals:
  1. compiled binary compatibility libraries.
  2. maximum compatibility with the original API the library.
