How to register Telegram bot:

1. The guide for creating a new bot and get a new token for it https://core.telegram.org/bots#6-botfather
2. Put this token to the TelegramMessenger app and launch the app.
3. Edit the new bot in Telegram and add a new command /register to /setcommands for getting messages.
4. Add the bot to some chat and type /register command.
5. The bot is ready to send messages.
